Bridgespan

This paper from US Bridgespan Group who defined the term "Field Building" is the first in a series on what field-building means and how it differs from other intermediary roles like a backbone.

The paper argues that to create population-level impact, it is not enough to work at a place-level. We need to connect the work of those sharing a similar ambition for change to strengthen collective effort and amplify the influence the work has on change at a systems level.
